This paper proposes a systemically grounded framework suggesting that human consciousness may be linked to other states in the universe functioning as coherence-generating substrates. Further, it advances the hypothesis that consciousness is not only emergent in local biological systems but also connected to a wider cosmological field through recursive informational flows. Within this framework, the possibility is considered that human cognition retains or participates in memory traces across multiple universes binded in two intertwined rings. By exploring the conceptual bridge between plasma physics, neurocognitive processes, and cosmological recursion, the paper seeks to establish the outlines of a testable, interdisciplinary theory.
