They reduce the time period required for transformation and modernization processes, in addition to the speed of developments and the density of information flowing from various sources, which constitutes an additional burden on countries to catch up in light of fierce competition in leading artificial intelligence systems and its applications based on the idea that whoever possesses leadership in this field will ensure dominance or at least will find a place for himself in the central countries of the international system.
