A scientific analysis of the provision of consultative and diagnostic assistance to children in the Kyrgyz Republic is presented using the example of the activities of the National Center for the Protection of Motherhood and Childhood. The study includes an assessment of the dynamics of children's visits, prevalence and incidence, and regional characteristics of attendance and covers the period from 2021 to 2024. It was revealed that during the specified period there was a tendency towards a decrease in morbidity and appeals, which was accompanied by an increase in the role of digitalization in healthcare and improvement of patient routing. Against the background of a shortage of specialists, the workload of doctors remains high, especially in the Chui region and the city of Bishkek. An analysis of the structure of childhood morbidity in the Kyrgyz Republic was conducted. The article provides recommendations for the further development of outpatient care for children, focusing on the digitalization of processes, staffing and the need for inter-level coordination in the healthcare system.
