Employee retention is a crucial aspect of human resource management, influencing productivity, workplace morale, and organizational stability. This study examines two key factors affecting employee retention: work-life balance and reward and recognition. Using a mixed-method research approach, data was collected from employees across various industries to gain a comprehensive understanding of their experiences. The findings suggest that organizations offering flexible work arrangements and structured recognition programs tend to have higher retention rates. Ultimately, the study emphasizes the importance of prioritizing work-life balance and effective reward systems to enhance long-term employee commitment andsatisfaction.
