In the contemporary digital landscape, the integration of advanced enterprise systems such as SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) and Business Analytics (BA) has fundamentally transformed organizational approaches to financial data management and strategic decision-making. This study investigates how the combined utilization of SAP FICO and BA tools enhances financial transparency, decision intelligence, and overall organizational performance. Financial transparency remains essential for accountability, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder confidence, while decision intelligence signifies the evolution of decision-making into a predictive and data-informed process. Despite the widespread adoption of ERP systems, many organizations continue to face challenges in translating large volumes of financial data into actionable insights that enhance strategic responsiveness. The objectives of this research are to: (1) examine the role of SAP FICO in automating and standardizing financial processes; (2) analyze the complementary function of BA tools in improving data interpretation and predictive analysis; and (3) assess how the integration of these technologies advances transparency and intelligence in enterprise financial management. The study provides empirical and conceptual insights for financial managers, IT strategists, and policymakers seeking to optimize ERP–analytics integration. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining quantitative surveys of finance and IT professionals with qualitative case studies of enterprises utilizing SAP FICO and BA platforms. Data were analyzed using SPSS for statistical evaluation and Power BI for visualization, focusing on correlations among system integration, data visibility, and decision quality. The findings reveal significant improvements in financial accuracy, decision velocity, and forecasting precision, reinforcing the strategic value of integrated financial intelligence systems.
