This work reformulates the hypothesis that spacetime is not a fundamental entity but an emergent structure arising from quantum informational relations, specifically entanglement. The framework is systematically reconstructed within the 50-50 Epistemic Principle, which asserts rational suspension between ontologically undecidable alternatives. To substantiate this theoretical foundation, we present a calculable "toy model" in which a 1 + 1 dimensional Lorentzian metric emerges from a minimal two-qubit system. Using the Fisher Information Metric, we demonstrate how the direction of time, curvature, and gravitational dynamics arise from epistemic constraints rather than primitive physical assumptions.
