This paper presents a revised and finalized version (v3) of the Minimal Ontological Foundation (MOF), establishing a non-generative, eliminative foundation for world-formation. World existence is characterized not by constructive generation, but by the exclusion of non-coherent update structures under finite resolution. From this minimal requirement, irreversible internal update order (time), internal projection (measurement), and structural probability arise as necessary consequences. This version clarifies the global–internal distinction, eliminates residual interpretational ambiguities present in v2, and fixes MOF as the ontological base of a one-way trilogy:MOF v3 → Phase–Flow Coherence (PFC v4) → Alpha Locking (v6). No probabilistic, dynamical, or physical postulates are introduced. All results are obtained by structural exclusion (Type-A genesis).
