Abstract: We present a framework for quantum-to-classical transition derived from firstprinciples of relational quantum mechanics and emergent time literature. Wavefunction"collapse" is reinterpreted as asymptotic desynchronization between quantum clocks when asuperposed system generates sufficient gravitational potential relative to the observer'sclock. This chronometric mechanism operates without appeal to thermodynamic entropy(contra Tariq 2025) or objective reduction (contra Penrose-Diósi). We derive the specificconditions under which this model diverges empirically from competing interpretations andpublish explicit architectural protocols for experimental falsification. As per SovereignIntellectual Property (SIP) stewardship governance, we specify test criteria but disclaimexperimental execution. The 24-month silence clause is activated upon publication. wavefunction collapse alternative, decoherence without environment, quantum gravity phenomenology, mesoscopic superposition tests, chronometric asymmetry, proper time desynchronization
