The present publication explores pedagogical strategies for psycho-emotional regulation within the framework of the professional activities of conductors. Specific manifestations of the conductor's emotional reactivity are analyzed, including his facial expressions, gaze, charisma and ability to synergize, which play a key role in establishing contact with the orchestra and the audience. The translation of the artistic content of musical works through creative performance and interpretation is the result of significant labor costs and a high degree of responsibility on the part of the musical collective head. The importance of forming competencies among novice conductors aimed at maintaining their psychophysical well-being at the stage of professional training is especially emphasized. On the example of pedagogical practice in the conducting class at the university, methodological approaches and techniques are proposed that contribute resistance to stressors and the provision of physical readiness for future professional loads.
