Community-led clean water supply projects have been implemented in various settings to improve public health outcomes. Data was collected through cross-sectional surveys, focusing on water quality and child health indicators. Statistical analysis included logistic regression models with robust standard errors. A significant reduction (p = 0.04) in child mortality rates associated with improved access to clean water was observed. Community-led clean water supply projects have a positive impact on reducing child mortality in rural Uganda, though further longitudinal studies are needed for comprehensive evaluation. Continued support and monitoring of these projects are essential to maintain health benefits and address ongoing challenges.
