Substituted titanates BiEuTiO ( = 0.4, 0.8, 1.2, 1.6 and 2.0) were prepared by roasting in air at temperatures of 1003–1323 K of stoichiometric mixtures of BiO, EuO and TiO. Their crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction. Their high-temperature heat capacity was measured by differential scanning calorimetry method. Thermodynamic properties of titanates were calculated from experimental data = ().
