This study examines ethical dilemmas encountered by businesses operating in conflict-affected regions within Nigeria. The research employs qualitative methods including interviews and document reviews to explore the experiences of businesses operating in conflict zones. Businesses reported encountering significant ethical dilemmas related to resource allocation, employee safety, and supply chain disruptions, particularly affecting operations in northeastern Nigeria. Nigerian businesses face substantial ethical challenges when operating in conflict-affected regions, necessitating more comprehensive frameworks for decision-making under crisis conditions. The development of a robust ethics framework is recommended to guide business decisions and protect both stakeholders and employees in conflict zones.
