The Primordial Energy Wave (PEW) framework derives all known fundamental constants, particle properties, and large-scale structures from a single complex scalar field Ψ = ÷exp (iθ) — the Mother-Wave. This article provides the architectural map that unifies Articles 1–11 of the PEW series: it explains the role of the two field variables à and θ, the origin of the two fundamental constants φ (golden ratio) and αₑm (fine-structure constant) that each governs one sector, the coupling κ² = 8π that links them, and the quasi-crystalline structure of physics that emerges from their incommensurability. The à sector (amplitude) governs gravity and matter: its stability condition on the Hopf torus yields R/r = φ, generating the hierarchy ℓₙ = ξₚ · φⁿ (Article 4). The θ sector (phase) governs gauge forces and charge: its D₅ vortex geometry yields αₑm = 1/137. 018 (Article 3), generating the harmonic table λₙ = lP · (1/αₑm) ⁿ (Article 10). The coupling κ² = 8π (Article 2) is the single bridge between the two sectors, linking the proton vortex radius ξₚ = 0. 367 fm to both hierarchies simultaneously. The key ratio log_φ (1/αₑm) = 10. 2246940… is transcendental, making the two grids incommensurable. Stable physical structures — from the Z boson (n=8, 0. 2%) to Sgr A* (n=21, <0. 01%) to the observable universe (n=29) — are the quasi-coincidence points of this quasi-crystalline geometry. Topological holes at n=15–17 define a forbidden zone that coincides exactly with the size range of all living organisms. No new derivations are presented. This article is a reading guide and conceptual map for the complete PEW series. MSC: 81T13 - 81Q05 - 83E99PACS: 03. 65. -w - 04. 20. -q - 02. 40. -k
