The Instantaneous Teleportation Cosmos (ITC) theory, based on the first principle of zero‑latency transmission, constructs the basal structure and its four core properties (P1 Storage Perfection, P2 Instantaneous Connectivity, P3 Mapping Determinacy, P4 Manifestation Finiteness), and further introduces P5 (Basal Resonance Tunability) revealing the active modulation of manifestation parameters by external physical fields. However, in records of human conscious experience, there exist two special types of consciousness‑matter interaction phenomena: one where an observer can penetrate without hindrance through physical barriers (such as solid objects or walls), and another where the observer can see through obstacles to obtain visual information otherwise blocked. These phenomena cannot be explained by P5 external modulation, because no special physical field is present; the only variable is the observer’s own state of consciousness. Based on the ITC framework, this paper formally proposes the sixth core property of the basal structure—P6 Consciousness Coupling—and uses this framework to provide a unified explanation for the two types of phenomena. P6 states that specific states of consciousness can directly couple with the basal structure, temporarily suspending the observer’s own P4 manifestation constraints, thereby transcending the rules of manifestation. The two phenomena—penetrating barriers and seeing through walls—receive a unified physical mechanism under the P6 framework: they are both cases where the observer, through a shift in consciousness, temporarily lifts the P4 self‑constraint and instead achieve direct access to information or projection ports via the basal structure. The difference lies in the direction of information flow: penetrating a physical barrier involves consciousness issuing an instruction to the basal structure, switching the projection port of its own information cluster; seeing through walls involves consciousness directly reading information from the target spatial point via the basal structure. This paper systematically expounds the definition of P6, its logical relations with P1‑P5, a physical mechanism conjecture, and presents a unified ITC interpretation of the two phenomena.
