Youth in Ghana are pivotal to understanding future business trends on the continent of Africa. The study employed a mixed-methods approach involving online surveys and focus group discussions with young entrepreneurs and industry experts across various sectors in Ghana. Youth identified digital transformation as the most transformative trend (65%) and highlighted the need for enhanced access to finance (70%). Young Ghanaians perceive digitalization and financial inclusion as critical for business growth, offering insights into future market dynamics in Africa.
