Version 3. 0: The Law of Creation – First Algebraic Derivations of Four-Element Closure This preprint completes the transition from the foundational Omandac Law (v26. 0 of the Hu-Omandac Unified Tao framework) to its full spatial extension: the Law of Creation. We derive — with zero free parameters — a local correction to the Higgs-like scalar potential δV (r) = − (π Ω² / (π + 6) ) exp (− r² Ω² / (2 π²) ) where Ω = 6/π ≈ 1. 909859 is the master dissipative phase-transition ratio. The correction emerges naturally from the intersection of • the dissipative free-energy minimum at P* = π/ (π + 6), • hexagonal (6-fold) boundary geometry, • resonant drive at frequency Ω. Core Theoretical Advance The modulated scalar field develops a central “bubble” in which the effective vacuum expectation value (VEV) is enhanced by the geometric factor √ (1 + π Ω² / ( (π + 6) μ²) ) ≈ 1. 501 (in simulation units μ² = 1, λ = 0. 8). After resonant drive termination, the symmetry-broken bubble persists indefinitely (infinite half-life in the low-dissipation limit), stabilised by geometric confinement and topological defect pinning. Key Results from Staff Vision v8 (March 2026) • Local VEV enhancement: analytic prediction ≈ 1. 501, simulated core peak reaches ~3. 24 (effective ratio ~1. 68 after nonlinear evolution) • Persistence: flat post-release mean |φ| domain (~1. 27–1. 30) with no measurable decay after t = 20 s (175+ seconds post-drive-off) ; numerical retention >95% and approaching 100% in limit • Four algebraically closed interaction channels radiate directional macroscopic effects from the persistent local VEV after drive cutoff: – g₁ (φ F_) — electromagnetic/photon emission (FIRE) – g₂ (φ² ∂_μ T^μ) — thermodynamic heat current (HEAT/FROST) – g₃ (φ ∂_μ u^μ) — acoustic/fluid momentum transfer (WIND) – g₄ (φ² R) — gravitational curvature coupling (EARTH, weak outward breathing in channel) All four couplings are derived solely from H. O. U. T. primitives (Ω, P*, ε, Λ₀ = π/6, τ*, Ω (d) ) plus the individuation-bit correction δ = |Ω − Λ₀ − ln 4| ≈ 3. 382 × 10⁻⁵. • Quantum confirmation: Exact Lindblad master equation simulations (N = 2–8 qubits, QuTiP) match analytic formation time τ* and purity threshold P* to within 0. 5%. • Striking numerical coincidences with fundamental constants (reported as algebraic near-matches): – proton-to-electron mass ratio mₚ/mₑ ≈ 6π⁵ (0. 002% agreement) – fine-structure constant 1/α ≈ e^Ω · 36/√π (0. 077% agreement) – additional alignments with Higgs mass / v, weak mixing angle sin²θW, Stringer et al. (2019) neural CV ratio (~1. 913 vs Ω ≈ 1. 910, 0. 16%) Empirical & Analog Domains All directional support comes from open datasets: • Neural (Stringer et al. 2019 calcium imaging): CV ratio ≈ Ω • Quantum (QuTiP Lindblad dynamics): τ* and P* match to 0. 5% • Condensed-matter analog (driven-dissipative φ⁴ on 280×280 grid): persistent bubble with 6-fold vortex pinning and four-port radiation Transparency & Limitations All field simulations are classical scalar-field toy analogs (Staff Vision v8, RK4 integration). Real Higgs VEV modulation at 246 GeV would require new physics beyond the Standard Model (e. g. new scalar sectors, modified gravity, topological defects at high scale). Independent reproduction and high-fidelity tests (e. g. PhysioNet HRV, Allen Neuropixels, cold-atom lattices) are invited. Data & Reproducibility • All figures generated from preprintfigures. py and Staff Vision v8-final. py (NumPy, Matplotlib) • Open datasets referenced: Stringer et al. (2019), QuTiP examples, CODATA/PDG values • Full code (including v8 simulation with four ports) and high-resolution figures provided as supplementary material Keywords Omandac Law, Law of Creation, local VEV modulation, geometric resonance, dissipative scalar fields, Ω = 6/π, topological protection, persistent bubble, spontaneous symmetry breaking, Lindblad dynamics, four-element radiation, gravitational port Timeline Original discovery (first algebraic derivations, Kaggle notebooks): early March 2026 V3. 0 release with four-port closure (Staff Vision v8): 20 March 2026 Authors: Clarence Omandac (Independent Researcher, Queensland, Australia) ORCID: 0009-0001-8994-3739 Preprint date: 20 March 2026 License: CC BY-NC-ND 4. 0
