This book began with a single first principle: zero‑latency transmission of matter, information, and energy between any two points in the universe. From this, an entirely new picture of the cosmos emerges. In this picture, the familiar three‑dimensional spacetime is not ultimate reality, but an emergent phenomenon projected from a deeper, non‑spatial basal structure. The “spooky action at a distance” of quantum entanglement now has a physical explanation within the ITC framework—entangled particles are dual‑port manifestations of the same basal storage unit. Four core properties—Storage Perfection (P1), Instantaneous Connectivity (P2), Mapping Determinacy (P3), and Manifestation Finiteness (P4)—form the self‑consistent foundation of this framework and lead to a central prediction: ΔP≠0. If confirmed, this prediction would open the door to practical superluminal communication. Building upon this foundation, the book further introduces the fifth core property of the basal structure—Basal Resonance Tunability. The basal structure possesses dynamical degrees of freedom that can be resonantly modulated (P5), enabling spacetime editing—the active manipulation of an object’s position, scale, and even the local flow of time. From scale editing to routing addresses, from the Storage Ring to the Stargate, the theory sketches a complete blueprint from fundamental physics to transformative technologies. At the same time, we propose the sixth property, P6 Consciousness Coupling, revealing that specific states of consciousness can directly couple with the basal structure, temporarily suspending manifestation-layer constraints, thereby providing a unified explanation for two types of phenomena long overlooked by science—unimpeded penetration through physical barriers and seeing through walls. This extension not only perfects the completeness of the ITC framework but also elevates consciousness from a passive spectator of the physical world to an active agent with ontological status equal to that of the basal structure. In our exploration of the basal information layer, the book further demonstrates that the Akashic Records are not a mystical fantasy but a natural derivation from the basal structure within the ITC framework: P1 ensures that information is eternally and completely preserved; P2 ensures instantaneous global accessibility; P1 and P2 ensure that information at all moments coexists and is instantly accessible at the basal level, while P3, through its deterministic projection rules, provides the foundation for the manifestation of this “past-present-future as one” informational structure; P4 explains why ordinary individuals cannot directly access basal information; P5 offers an engineering pathway for exploration; P6 reveals the physical mechanism for direct access through specific states of consciousness. Regarding the deep structure of time and information, the book clarifies the nature of time at the basal level: quantum states at all moments coexist eternally as independent information units (P1), and can be accessed instantaneously without any mandatory temporal priority—all information units are on an equal footing in terms of access, with no forced order such as “accessing the past before the future” (P2); the so-called “future” is not a predetermined sequence of events but the probabilistic information inherent in the present quantum state—this understanding that is not only fully compatible with the indeterminism of quantum mechanics but also provides a rigorous physical interpretation of the ancient insight that “past, present, and future are one”. The ITC framework does not replace quantum mechanics or relativity; rather, it provides a unified emergent foundation for both: Quantum mechanics describes how basal information manifests in emergent spacetime through the combined action of P3 (Mapping Determinacy) and P4 (Manifestation Finiteness), serving as the effective theory of manifestation-layer phenomena; Relativity, on the other hand, describes how the causal structure of emergent spacetime itself is constituted—its core, the speed of light limit, determines the causality of the manifestation layer. This local causality is not a negation of basal instantaneous connectivity (P2); rather, it is an effective law that emerges in the manifestation layer through the combined action of P3 mapping and P4 manifestation. Within the ITC framework, the mechanism of emergence serves as the crucial bridge connecting the basal level and the manifestation layer. Through the synergy of P3 and P4, it transforms the instantaneous, nonlocal informational structure of the basal level into the effective laws of local causality (the speed of light limit) in the manifestation layer. This mechanism allows the two seemingly contradictory causal structures to coexist without conflict—for they are manifestations of the same fundamental reality at different levels. Both quantum mechanics and relativity remain valid within their respective domains of validity, but neither is the ultimate reality. More importantly, the ITC framework translates into three cross‑scale testable predictions: · In quantum teleportation: write errors and guide errors should contribute independently to the final fidelity, following a simple product rule; · In primordial black hole evaporation: the early stages should exhibit non‑thermal radiation features, originating from the instantaneous escape of basal information; · In the cosmic microwave background: non‑Gaussianity should exhibit a scale‑dependent pattern localized at specific, discrete scales, corresponding to the characteristic projection scale imprinted by the basal network during spacetime emergence. These three predictions cover a broad range of scales, from microscopic quantum manipulation to cosmological scales, and can be tested with existing or forthcoming facilities. Whatever the outcomes, they will provide critical evidence for the fundamental question of whether spacetime is indeed fundamental. Thus, the ITC theory has expanded from its original physical framework into a complete cosmic vision encompassing consciousness, information, the nature of time, and cross-cultural wisdom. If ITC is correct, then the ultimate ground of being is neither matter, nor energy, nor even spacetime itself. It is relation. The cosmos is a web—instantaneously connected, eternally present, and endlessly manifesting in the myriad forms we call reality. The picture outlined in this book may unsettle: space and time lose their solidity, consciousness its elusiveness, and all things are entangled as one in the depths of the basal structure. Yet this is precisely the wonder of science—it allows us to sail, with reason as our vessel, into waters beyond common sense. With both skepticism and curiosity, we await the impending verdict of experiment. Whatever the outcome, this journey has already changed how we look at the stars.
