Community health centers in Rwanda have been established to improve access to healthcare services, but their effectiveness remains uncertain. A Bayesian hierarchical model was applied to analyse data from -, focusing on key indicators such as vaccination coverage and incidence rates. The model revealed that community health centres significantly reduced disease risk by about 15% in areas with higher population density. Bayesian hierarchical modelling provided a robust framework for evaluating the impact of community health centres, offering insights into resource allocation strategies. Further research should explore interventions targeting underserved communities to maximise the model's utility. Community Health Centers, Bayesian Hierarchical Model, Disease Risk Reduction, Rwanda Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
