This work introduces a conceptual framework that reinterprets fundamental physical states through the notion of the Point Without Orientation. Unlike conventional approaches that treat foundational conditions either as highly structured or as thermodynamically inert limits, this framework proposes a Level-0 state characterized by maximal configurational freedom and absence of any preferred orientation. In contrast to standard thermodynamic interpretations, where entropy is often associated with disorder, this work defines entropy as a measure of energy and information distribution across accessible configurations. Within this perspective, physical processes are understood as transitions from highly concentrated states toward progressively distributed ones. The emergence of structure is not driven by optimization, but by admissibility under constraints imposed by entropy flow, coherence, and stability. This principle is illustrated across multiple domains, from thermodynamic systems to gravitational structures, where local organization is consistently accompanied by global entropy increase. The framework further explores how time directionality, radiation processes, gravitational formation, and biological organization can be unified under a single principle: the progressive redistribution of energy and information. In this sense, entropy is not simply a thermodynamic property, but a fundamental principle governing the evolution of physical systems from indeterminate states toward structured, dynamically stable configurations emerging from continuous redistribution of energy and information. This work presents a conceptual framework and is intended as a foundation for further theoretical development.
