This study presents two core, minimalist mathematical equations that unify the pathological mechanisms of cancer and four major chronic systemic repair failure diseases (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, SLE; Alzheimer’s Disease, AD; Parkinson’s Disease, PD; Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, ALS). Departing from traditional views that attribute chronic diseases to cell aggression or autoimmune attacks, this theory establishes that all chronic diseases stem from systemic functional defects at the cellular/tissue level, followed by pathological amplification. The two equations—Cancer ≠ Tumor (for cancer) and Chronic Systemic Failure Disease = Source Defect + Repair Failure + (Inflammation × Vicious Cycle) (for chronic repair failure diseases)—are validated against clinical big data and AI-driven analysis, redefining diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for chronic diseases.
