Abstract

UCM Paper 51. Complete, self-contained derivation of Ω_Λ = √2/ (√2+√ (2−π/2) ) = 0. 6834 from the UCM substrate dispersion relation, with zero free parameters. Agrees with Planck 2018 to 0. 19%. All postulates, intermediate results, and calculations are included — no external UCM papers required as prerequisites.
