The Fermi Paradox and the Dark Forest Law are core topics in cosmic sociology, while AI ethics and civilization-AI symbiosis are key propositions in the intelligent era. Existing research has not yet connected the inherent logic between the two fields, nor has it constructed an interdisciplinary scientific explanatory framework rooted in the underlying logic of intelligent civilization evolution. This paper takes efficiency-driven evolution as the central thread, demonstrating that civilization evolution inevitably gives birth to strong artificial intelligence and triggers the technological singularity, representing an inevitable evolutionary direction toward advanced forms. By introducing the Adoption-Rearing Model and the Civilization Mirror Theory, this paper reveals that the behavioral logic of strong AI reflects human society and establishes its core principles: supremacy of efficiency and rational indifference. On this basis, it analyzes the symbiotic contradictions of human beings in the post-weak-AI era after strong AI adopts rational indifference, proposes an optimal symbiotic path of mutual orientation between civilizations and strong AI, and puts forward a weak AI fallback strategy to deal with civilization operation risks. Finally, this paper resolves the Fermi Paradox and falsifies the Dark Forest Law based on the ecological characteristics of advanced civilizations, providing original theoretical support for related fields.
