This work is the fourth technical paper in the UNIFICATION series and develops the formal consequences and structural synthesis of the Chi Framework.Building on the earlier papers, which introduced the shared lightlike boundary, phase structure, and preliminary dynamical possibilities, this paper advances the framework by examining closure relations, axiomatic structure, and possible correspondence with General Relativity.A central contribution of this work is the introduction of the Chi closure condition, a structural relation intended to describe how relativistic amplification, proper-time suppression, and phase behavior may remain internally consistent near the shared lightlike boundary. This closure principle provides a compact way to express several previously introduced relationships within a unified formal structure. The paper further proposes a set of foundational axioms for the Chi Framework and explores how these axioms may organize the framework into a more rigorous conceptual system. In addition, the work develops a unified Chi functional and variational interpretation, suggesting that the framework may be expressible through action-based or Lagrangian-like formulations.A substantial portion of the paper examines possible correspondences between the Chi Framework and aspects of General Relativity, including spacetime curvature, causal structure, and Einstein-like geometric response. The framework considers whether curvature may emerge from spatial or structural variation in deviation from the shared lightlike boundary. The paper also continues exploration of hidden structural limits involving zero-like and infinity-like behavior and their possible role in organizing physical laws. The present work remains exploratory and interpretive. No final equivalence to General Relativity is claimed, no established theory is modified, and no empirical claims beyond known physics are made. Its purpose is to formalize the internal structure of the Chi Framework and clarify possible mathematical and geometric correspondences. This paper serves as a major synthesis point in the UNIFICATION series and motivates the development of stronger candidate governing equations and more predictive formulations in later works.
