This document proposes a boundary-based geometric interpretation of the cosmological constant scale. The central hypothesis is that the effective observable vacuum energy density is not determined by a freely extensive volumetric sum of microscopic vacuum contributions, but by a geometric capacity limited by the cosmological boundary. The formulation connects the Planck density scale with the observed cosmological vacuum density through the relation: ρΛ / ρP ~ ℓP² / R² which naturally gives the order of magnitude 10−12210^-12210−122 for a cosmological boundary scale RRR. The document presents this relation as a compatibility condition between a maximal local scale, a finite cosmological boundary and the gravitationally observable vacuum density.
