This article provides a scholarly analysis of constitutional guarantees of citizens’ rights and freedoms in the Republic of Uzbekistan within the context of the newly revised Constitution, the national human rights strategy and judicial-legal reforms. The relevance of the topic is determined by the fact that the 2023 revised Constitution recognizes the human being, life, freedom, honor, dignity and other inalienable rights as the highest value and places human interests at the center of state activity.
