This study examines the impact of Islamic organizational culture on job performance by analyzing the values and principles that guide employee behavior within Islamic-oriented institutions. These values include honesty, justice, sincerity, consultation (shura), self-monitoring, and responsibility—principles derived from the Holy Qur’an and the Prophetic Sunnah, forming a comprehensive framework for professional conduct. The literature indicates that incorporating these values into administrative practices enhances discipline, increases job satisfaction, strengthens organizational loyalty, and promotes higher levels of job commitment. Additionally, Islamic organizational culture supports self-monitoring among employees, reducing the need for direct supervision and fostering a climate of mutual trust and accountability. The study concludes that embedding Islamic organizational culture within institutions has a distinctly positive influence on overall performance. It recommends integrating Islamic values into administrative policies and training programs, as well as developing evaluation mechanisms that consider ethical and behavioral dimensions alongside professional competence to achieve a balanced and effective work environment.
