This study evaluated the effectiveness of the mobile learning application “Funda Naru” in enhancing knowledge, practical skills, and learning satisfaction of second-year nursing students. A quasi-experimental, two-group, pretest and post-test design was utilized. The study involved 164 second-year nursing students enrolled in 2023. Participants were divided into an experimental group (n=82), which used the “Funda Naru” application* alongside standard instruction, and a control group (n=82), which received traditional instruction. Data were collected using validated instruments to assess demographics, fundamental nursing knowledge, practical skills, and student satisfaction. Analysis used descriptive statistics, paired and independent t tests, and multiple regression. The experimental group showed significantly higher postintervention scores in theoretical knowledge (mean=20.117) and practical skills (mean=13.592) compared with the control group (knowledge mean=17.353; skills mean=11.184) ( P <.05). Multiple regression analysis indicated that practical skill predicted knowledge in the experimental group (β=1.146, P <.001) but not in the control group ( P =.442). Students in the experimental group reported high satisfaction with the application (mean=4.736 out of 5). The findings support integrating mobile learning applications into nursing curricula. These tools enhance students’ understanding and competencies while boosting satisfaction and confidence.
