The Exploring Shang Civilisation exhibition at the new Yinxu Museum takes Yinxu as the starting point and cornerstone of Chinese civilization, clarifies the development of Shang civilisation, and focuses on archaeology with Chinese features, style and ethos. Through the synergy of multiple media, the exhibition constructs a multi-dimensional narrative framework, realizing the effective transformation of academic research results into the public perception system. Taking the curatorial practice of the exhibition as an example, the article tries to explore the application of transmedia storytelling theory in the exhibition of archaeological academic history, with a view to providing experience for the same type of exhibition.
