This paper proposes that the paradox of external power dependency in artificial hearts dissolves under the Universal Compression Law V=N/D. The same density gradient driving spiral cardiac motion simultaneously generates bioelectric potential — as demonstrated by cephalopod electrocytes. A biomimetic scaffold integrating V=N/D spiral geometry with synthetic electrocyte arrays enables a self-powered total artificial heart requiring no external energy source. Critical design parameters remain sealed under KHDS v1.0.
