Erratum in progress: signs of dark-sector energy exchange and mφ vs H0 wording are under revision; corrected files will appear as a new version (v1.0.2). Do not treat current PDFs/code as final. Stage I preprint (bilingual EN/RU). A minimal interacting dark energy (IDE) model with a scalar field in a quadratic potential and conformal coupling to dark matter is constrained using low-redshift data. Data: baseline MCMC on 24 H(z) + 10 fσ8 points (N=34); extended robustness check on 38 H(z) + 23 fσ8. DESI DR2 BAO enters with diagonal covariance only. Main results: the best-fit IDE is essentially degenerate with ΛCDM (Δχ2≈0). Periodic H(z) modulations with Δz~0.5–1 are not statistically significant. Posterior median β=0.016 (68% CI 0.002, 0.102), H0=67.1 km s−1 Mpc−1. This work does not claim to resolve cosmological tensions; full Planck/CLASS analysis is deferred to Stage II. Files: English PDF (primary), Russian PDF (translation), and reproducibility zip (catalogs + Python scripts + MCMC reports). All files are released under CC-BY-4.0.
