The world of technology has grown rapidly and become an expected part of our everyday lives, our work, and our education. AI is now a key part of this innovation, strongly shaping how innovations evolve. The adoption of technology in learning sector is not just about additional tools, but rather, a shift from a fixed framed plan of time and place to a dynamic plan of actions and design that shape, change and affect how teaching and absorbing information happen. The intent of this paper is to review and discern the future of AI with a focus on intriguing options for classrooms, intelligent systems, to convert classrooms into adaptive, interactive, and personalized learning environments. These adaptable systems represent various AI modalities. Each modality has potential, and together may facilitate improvement, engagement, and student feedback. This study brings teachers into focus, changing their role from knowledge implementers as teachers to knowledge mentors and co-creators for their students. The recognition that some, although not all, knowledge transfer and learning can be enhanced by using AI modalities is significant, especially where high level engagement is a goal. AI has the promise of promoting accountability and efficiency for managing administrative processes, workloads, and data driven decisions. However, there are difficult challenges outlined in the research, including ethical dilemmas, data security, algorithmic bias, and reinforcing inequity, which all necessitate planning for sustained frameworks of policy and ethics, and access to equity. Furthermore, the article explores the upcoming perspective of AI in education with regard to innovation and sustainability, emphasizing that educator partnership, administration, technologists, and learners is critical to success. By showing how the current situation relates to future possibilities, this study concluded that the capacity of AI to transform education is certainly significant but requires that educators integrate AI in a way that is balanced harnessing the capacity of AI, while not removing the crucial human quality of sympathy, artistry, and use of critical judgement in teaching and learning. The research calls for a careful, yet risk tolerant consideration of AI implementation from the perspective of pedagogy, ethics, and inclusive education.
