Motivation: glymphatic system activity is critical for maintaining brain fluid homeostasis throughout the life cycle, and its dysfunction is closely associated with altered cognitive function in patients with CSVD Goal (s): We aim to investigate the differences of glymphatic markers and metabolite levels between three groups, following HC group, CSVD-NC group, and CSVD-MCI group Approach: The DTI-ALPS index, the burden of EPVS, ChP volume and FW fraction were calculated to reflect glymphatic function. Results: The DTI-ALPS index and BGPVS reminded significant differences between HC and CSVD-MCI groups. For the GABA+ level in mPFC, there was a difference between the HC and the CSVD-MCI groups. Impact: Our study provided evidence that both the GABA+ level and CSVD image maskers were associated with glymphatic dysfunction in CSVD patients
