The purpose of this study is to develop a standardized convergence information curriculum for gifted elementary school students and to propose a systematic implementation plan. To achieve this, the 2022 revised curriculum and CS Curricula 2023 were analyzed, and existing SW and AI education policies and research reports were reviewed to identify the core concepts and achievement standards of the curriculum. Additionally, expert consensus was established through Delphi research, and core competencies suitable for gifted elementary education were defined. As a result, a standardized curriculum incorporating achievement levels was developed, focusing on five major areas: data, algorithms, programming, artificial intelligence, and digital culture. To enhance practical applicability, annual operational examples were provided, integrating step-by-step learning and project-based learning tailored to each grade level. This curriculum is expected to contribute to the systematic advancement of SW and AI-centered information science education for gifted students, offering them in-depth and structured learning opportunities.
