The aim of this research is to describe and analyze the implementation of the BLT-DD Program in Sidodadi Village. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation. Data sources use primary data and secondary data. Researchers used the interactive analysis method from Miles and Huberman (1994: 12) which includes, first, data collection, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are based on the Van Meter and Van Horn theory which consists of six indicators. First, standard indicators and policy targets where in these indicators there are problems with the target recipients of BLT-DD. Therefore, to resolve the problem of not being on target, a village meeting was held by the BPD to find a solution, namely updating and validating the data again from the DTKS.
