The important issues of the preservation of the accumulated legal values, theprogressive elements of legal culture through knowledge of law at all levels of thedevelopment of the civil society of the state have been considered in the article. Theconcept of law as the product of the state, as the phenomenon of the civilization andthe culture has been revealed.Attention is focused on the formation of the basic legal concepts, which are necessaryfor the perception by students and people in general of the high level of legalawareness, the respect to the state institutions and the law. The culture of thinking, theability to analyze, to generalize, to evaluate state-legal and economic-legal events andthe processes are the most important mission of the modern student.The great meaning in the article has the humanitarian content of law, and from thispoint of view, it has the peculiarities and the dignity of the law of civil society, amongwhich the priority role belongs to such humanitarian and legal values of legal progressas fundamental human rights that acquire the direct effect, private law, independentjustice.The parameters of the comparative jurisprudence have been proposed to expand inthe article, to cover all aspects of jurisprudence with its research, including issues oflegal understanding and political science. It seems that the development ofjurisprudence in the world will go precisely in the plan of expanding the research of thesearch its mutually acceptable aspects.Attention has been paid to personally-oriented training through tutoring activities,reflexively oriented teaching, individual planning of training and practical role-playingforms of classes.
