This review examines secondary school systems in Ghana to assess their efficiency gains through methodological evaluation. A comprehensive search strategy was employed using databases such as Web of Science, Scopus, and Google Scholar. Studies were screened based on predefined inclusion criteria related to DiD models applied to education systems. Data synthesis included meta-analysis where applicable. Future research should explore regional differences and incorporate additional control variables to improve model accuracy.
