The study employs panel-data econometric techniques to evaluate the operational efficiency of community health centres, accounting for spatial heterogeneity and temporal dynamics. An average efficiency score of 65% was observed across all health centres, with significant variations in service delivery quality among regions. Efforts should focus on improving resource allocation strategies to align better with patient demand patterns, thereby enhancing overall system performance. Implementing targeted interventions and leveraging data analytics can lead to more efficient use of resources and improved health outcomes.
