Starting from primordial logic, this paper redefines the four-dimensional structure in an ontological sense and proposes a cosmic evolution framework centered on growth. Abandoning the traditional 3+1-dimensional superposition picture, this paper establishes two structural axioms: reciprocating complementarity and opposite complementarity. It is rigorously proved that a stably self-consistent growing universe must take the form of a vortex cone with an outward-convex upper opening, which can be neither flat nor concave. A closed energy cycle mechanism for growth dynamics is presented, gravity is interpreted as a natural derivative effect of the four-dimensional structure and cosmic growth morphology, and consistency with observational evidence is maintained. The whole theory forms an independent, self-consistent and revolutionary cosmological system.
