This paper presents the complete, full derivation of the Four-Dimensional Conical Cosmology Model (Version 3.3). Starting from the physically real Primordial Quality 1 as the unique origin of the universe, it fully abandons the abstract symbolic 1 in traditional mathematics and the limitations of three-dimensional cognition. Through rigorous, non-skipping mathematical and geometric derivations, this work establishes a complete four-dimensional cosmic framework, including a bidirectional expansion-contraction mechanism, a spiral structural evolution, a 45° steady-state inclination, and a standard ice cream-shaped double-cone cosmic form. Three core fundamental formulas are strictly defined and derived, and Bi's Circular Platform is proposed as a universal measure for cosmic systems. This work reconstructs the underlying foundation of advanced mathematics and physics, marking a critical step for human civilization to enter the era of four-dimensional cognition.
