Achieving complete skin regeneration remains challenging in clinical practice. To address this issue, an injectable, thermo-sensitive hydrogel of poly(ethylene glycol)-block-poly(L-methionine) (EG45Met25) is developed. EG45Met25 promotes chronic wound repair and appendage regeneration through synergistic antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effect mechanisms, representing a promising strategy for clinical regenerative therapies.
