Injectable hydrogel improves healing in diabetic wounds, suggesting a new approach for regenerative medicine.
Achieving complete skin regeneration remains challenging in clinical practice. To address this issue, an injectable, thermo-sensitive hydrogel of poly(ethylene glycol)-block-poly(L-methionine) (EG₄₅Met₂₅) is developed. EG₄₅Met₂₅ promotes chronic wound repair and appendage regeneration through synergistic antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effect mechanisms, representing a promising strategy for clinical regenerative therapies.
