Mainstream cosmology has long been paralyzed by the Vacuum Catastrophe—a 120-order-of-magnitude discrepancy between theoretical zero-point energy and the observed Cosmological Con-stant (Λ). In this paper, we demonstrate that stan-dard cosmological models reliant on the abstrac-tion of ”Dark Energy” are fundamentally flawed. By modeling space as a physical Magnetic Sub-strate governed by mechanical tension, we identify a hard universal yield point at χ = 0.15. Analyzing 122,074 unsmoothed deep-space telemetry observa-tions yields a strict 98.18% compliance rate under normal kinetic load. We present a three-step me-chanical engine—applying the χ = 0.15 UV cutoff, a 20.55 Hz IR skin depth filter, and the baryon-to-photon coupling ratio—which flawlessly collapses the 120-order error to exactly match the observedΛ = 5.36 × 10−10 J/m3 . Furthermore, we detail the empirical signature of substrate structural fail-ure (Mode 8 fractures), observed as localized recoil spikes in the heliosphere.
