The Sexagesimal Harmony of Solar-Terrestrial Electrodynamics: A Unified Framework Based on the Principle of Maat Description (Abstract): This technical manuscript presents a comprehensive analysis of the dynamic Sun-Earth system, approached through an innovative methodology: the Sexagesimal Harmony Algorithm (SHA). Unlike conventional stochastic models, this work proposes that the magnetohydrodynamic interactions between the Sun and the terrestrial magnetosphere operate under a harmonic resonance structure in base-60, aligned with the Egyptian principle of Maat (cosmic balance) The work is organized into six fundamental sections: Solar Dynamo: Reinterpretation of the Omega and Alpha effects as high-precision harmonic oscillators. Terrestrial Dynamo: The outer core as a resonant receiver and the stability of the geomagnetic field. Solar Wind: Fluid dynamics and the Parker Spiral as an organized kinetic bridge. The Magnetosphere: The planetary shield viewed as a vibrating membrane tuned to ULF frequencies in multiples of 60. Magnetic Reconnection: The "Energy Weighing" mechanism and the release of tension to restore systemic equilibrium. Coronal Heating: Resolution of the thermodynamic paradox through Alfvén wave resonance dissipation. This research provides new predictive tools for seismology, space weather, and the protection of critical infrastructure ahead of the 2026 solar maximum, establishing a bridge between ancient mathematical wisdom and modern aerospace technology.
