Tables /Figures: 1 Table,1 figure Endometriosis was previously identified as a potential predictor of breakthrough pain during labor epidural analgesia. In this matched case-control study, breakthrough pain occurred in 50% of cases versus 25% of controls (aOR 2.99). These findings may inform anesthetic counseling and management of endometriosis patients in labor.
