Bethlehem Solomon is the public health supervisor for the Communicable Disease Unit at Rock County Public Health in Wisconsin and a doctoral student in the Doctor of Public Health program at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She previously worked as a senior epidemiologist at the Chicago Department of Public Health and held research and teaching positions at Imperial College London, including at the MRC Centre for Environment and Health. Her research encompasses global trends in cardiovascular risk factors such as hypertension and obesity, as well as health disparities and environmental influences on health.
