Lydia Poole is a Senior Lecturer in Clinical Health Psychology and Associate Head of Research at the University of Surrey. She previously worked at University College London on research projects funded by the British Heart Foundation, focusing on the biosocial mechanisms linking depression with coronary heart disease and other conditions. Her current research includes leading the PAPER Study on ethnic inequalities in antidepressant prescribing in primary care.
