Johan Engdahl

Johan Engdahl is Professor of Cardiology with a focus on Arrhythmia Diseases at the Department of Clinical Sciences, Danderyd Hospital, Karolinska Institutet, and senior consultant at Danderyd Hospital’s Department of Cardiology. He leads research on improving detection, monitoring and treatment of atrial fibrillation, including large-scale screening studies such as STROKESTOP. He earned his PhD at Gothenburg University in 2002.
