Michael Behnes

Prof. Dr. Michael Behnes is the head of interventional cardiology at the University Medical Centre Mannheim, which is part of the Faculty of Medicine Mannheim at Heidelberg University. He leads the Clinical-Experimental Application Research group, conducting research on heart failure and related diseases such as ischemic cardiomyopathy and coronary artery disease. He is also involved in multicenter randomized trials and serves as a member of the EURO CTO club scientific board.
