Joseph L. Mills, MD, FACS, is the Reid Endowed Professor in the Division of Vascular Surgery and Endovascular Therapy in the Michael E. DeBakey Department of Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine. He is also affiliated with the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center and serves as Medical Director of the Diabetic Foot and Wound Care Center at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center. He earned his MD cum laude from Georgetown University School of Medicine and completed surgical residency at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center, followed by vascular surgery fellowship at Oregon Health Sciences University and endovascular fellowship at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
