Martin Feelisch

Martin Feelisch is Professor of Experimental Medicine & Integrative Biology at the University of Southampton, affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine, Clinical and Experimental Sciences, and the NIHR Southampton Biomedical Research Centre at Southampton General Hospital. He holds a PhD in Pharmacology from Heinrich-Heine University Düsseldorf (1988) and has held prior academic positions at institutions including Boston University, Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, and the University of East Anglia. His research focuses on the chemical biology of nitric oxide, reactive species, redox signaling, and their roles in cardiovascular physiology and adaptation to stress.
